Delivery Areas:

We provide door-to-door delivery exclusively through our own cold chain vehicles in Istanbul, Kocaeli, and Ankara.
• Istanbul:
European Side – Büyükçekmece, Çatalca, Silivri, Arnavutköy
Asian Side – Adalar, Şile, Riva
These areas are outside our delivery zone.
• Ankara:
Monthly deliveries are available to Çankaya, Etimesgut, Yenimahalle, and Keçiören.
• Kocaeli:
Monthly deliveries are available to Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova, Dilovası, and Derince.

Delivery Days & Time Slots:

Once you enter your address at checkout, available delivery days for your location will be displayed automatically.
Deliveries are carried out throughout the day within designated time windows. Each morning, delivery routes are planned based on the day’s orders, and your estimated delivery time is shared via message in 2-hour time slots.

If you have a specific delivery request, you may include it in the order notes. Your request will be reviewed based on the day’s route, and our customer service team will inform you accordingly.

Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
