The Best of Meat is a culture where the traditional animal husbandry we learned from our family, who has been dealing in animal husbandry in Kars for more than 40 years, meets the expertise we have developed over the years.

We are both an executive chef and a farmer in love with nature. We are also a mother who will not produce any product that we do not feed our children. We are aware of our responsibility at every step of our product’s journey from the very first stage on our farm to your first bite. We are the ones who bring the best meat to your table by pasture raising our animals, dry aging with expertise, and processing expertly.

We never use industrial feeds, GMOs, hormones, antibiotics or chemicals on our farms.

We are always aiming for the the best. We are constantly researching and improving ourselves at every stage, from the product we produce to the service we provide. We are the ones who process, produce and offer the best with an awareness of the expert touches, resting processes, and the way the meat is processed.

We are the ones who care. From the beginning... about how animals are raised and cared for on farms, how they are fed... How nature is treated... Where the meat comes from and how it is cooked. We say we care about its taste, naturalness, freshness and most importantly whether it is healthy.

About Chef Sidar Budak

Chef Sidar Budak graduated from Yıldız Technical University Mechanical Engineering Department after completing her high school education at Science High School.

He grew up with animals and nature from the childhood since his family were in animal husbandary busines . He took over the management of their family farm from the age of 17 with the encouragement of his father. Upon this responsibility, he desired to develop himself in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry , and he focused on educate himself.

With this vision, he went to Argentina and, worked in Argentina's farms and gained expertise. Then, he turned his route to Miami, received culinary training at the Culinary Institute and studied meat cooking techniques with the important chefs of Miami. Upon his return to the country, he established the Beeves brand in 2010 and grew the brand over the years.

In 2018, he also founded “Best Of Meat” e-commerce brand with his wife Derya Budak . Now, he delivers best meat to his customers both online and in Beeves restaurants.
